These policies explain how Grace by Gabriela sells and supports its digital products. Last updated: 18 September 2026.
1. Business owner & contact

This is currently a pre-launch catalogue. Paid checkout is not active. We plan to use Lemon Squeezy, subject to approval and setup; the checkout seller and applicable terms will be identified before any paid order is accepted.
2. Products & personal use
Our products are digital PDFs created for personal reflection, planning, prayer and everyday use. Unless a product page states otherwise, the purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use the files for yourself and your household.
You may print your purchased files for personal use and give a printed affirmation card as a personal gift. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share the digital files publicly, claim the artwork as your own, or use the files or artwork to make products for sale.
3. Digital delivery
The free Daily Prayer PDF can be downloaded directly from its product page without providing an email address. No physical goods are shipped.
Paid downloads are not available yet. We plan to arrange secure electronic delivery through Lemon Squeezy, subject to approval and setup. The payment provider, checkout seller, final price and delivery process will be confirmed before sales open. If you have trouble with the free download, email us with the product name.
4. Refunds, cancellations & faulty files
We will handle customer requests in accordance with applicable UK consumer law and the checkout terms that apply to the purchase. Digital content has specific cancellation rules: before immediate supply begins, customers generally have a 14-day cancellation period; if the customer expressly agrees to immediate supply and acknowledges that the right to cancel is lost, that statutory cancellation right can end when supply begins.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights. If a file is faulty, not as described or does not meet the applicable legal requirements, contact us so the issue can be addressed. Depending on the circumstances, applicable law may provide a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Lemon Squeezy also manages refunds and chargebacks for purchases processed through its platform and may issue refunds in accordance with its policies.
5. Privacy notice
Last updated: 18 September 2026. This notice covers the Grace by Gabriela website and customer-support correspondence, not the separate Angels on Call service.

Information we use and why
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide and the contents of your message, including product or order details you choose to include. We use this information to reply, resolve problems and keep relevant support records. Providing it is voluntary, but without enough contact or enquiry information we may not be able to help.
Our lawful basis for general enquiries and website security is our legitimate interest in running a safe website and providing helpful customer support. Where an enquiry is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, or to fulfil our obligations under a contract with you, we rely on that contractual necessity. We may also retain information where necessary to meet a legal obligation.
We use customer email addresses only for enquiries and support, not newsletters or marketing. We do not sell customer information or use it for automated decisions or profiling.
Website services and sharing
The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Requests to these services can include your IP address, browser/device details, requested resources and request times. Support correspondence is handled in Gmail. These providers process information needed to deliver their services; information may also be disclosed where legally required.
The website code does not add advertising trackers, analytics tools, a mailing-list form or persistent theme-preference storage. Hosting or security services may process technical information independently of this code. We do not collect payment-card details on this website. Lemon Squeezy checkout is planned, not currently active; this notice will be updated before a new checkout or other data-collection service is introduced.
International processing
Google and Cloudflare operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK. Their privacy information explains their processing and applicable transfer safeguards: Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy. Contact us if you need further information about how these services are used for this website.
How long information is kept
Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, resolve related follow-up questions or complaints, and meet any applicable legal or dispute-related obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry and whether an issue remains unresolved. Information no longer needed should be deleted during mailbox reviews. The service providers' own technical records are subject to their retention arrangements, not a deletion schedule controlled by this website.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive eligible information in a portable format. These rights are not absolute. Send requests to gabitavizitiu@gmail.com; we may need proportionate information to verify a request, but please do not send identity documents unsolicited.
You can raise a concern with us or complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Information about privacy rights and complaints is available from the ICO.
Private journal entries and children
Downloaded PDFs do not send your written entries back to Grace by Gabriela. Please do not email private prayer entries, health information, children's personal details, payment-card details, passwords or identity documents. Our support service does not ask children to provide personal information. If sensitive information is sent accidentally, contact us so we can address its removal where appropriate.
6. Copyright & intellectual property
Grace by Gabriela original written content, layouts, branding and artwork remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party assets, fonts or other materials remain subject to their respective licences and owners' rights.

We may update these policies when our products, checkout, website or legal requirements change. The version published on this page will show its latest update date.
